When will I receive my package? 

Our fulfillment centers are currently located overseas, therefore our average shipping time is between 2-4 weeks for some products. In some cases shipping takes less than 2 weeks and in some cases it may take long than 4 weeks (if the package gets tied up in customs on its way to your home country.) 1zee ships worldwide therefore, delivery times may vary. However, we offer tracking for all orders and if your order does not arrive within the expected time we will work with you to resolve the issue until you are satisfied.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major forms of payment including Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, JCB, VISA Checkout, and PayPal.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one? 
1Zee has multiple warehouses and not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately to ensure you get each item as quickly as possible. Don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once, it is not uncommon to receive one or two items before the others!

There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
It's rare that we encounter issues, but we realize that they do occur. If there is an issue with your order please contact us with the 'Contact Us' information at the bottom of the page and we will work to correct the problem immediately.

How secure is my personal information?
1zee values your business therefore, we adhere to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.  Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and we do not keep any payment information.  Each transaction for one-zee.com utilizes SSL (secure sockets layer technology), which is the most secure payment processing available.
